Just in time for Mother’s Day, the 76th annual May Market features a huge selection of plants for your garden, including Phipps’ Top 10 Sustainable Plants, organic herbs and vegetable seedlings, botanical specimens from our greenhouses, and more. We’ll be there with our friends Charmed By Nature and Una Biologicals and we would love to see you out and about on the lawn at Phipps!!

Sunday April 1, 2012, 5:00pm-8:00pm – The Craft-O-Tron All Fools Ball! taking place at the Garfield Artworks, which is located at 4931 Penn Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15224. This fun event is a celebration of all things crafty, as we will be coming together with 15 other crafters and two crafty machines for an evening of fun and handmade goodness. Admission is free!

Saturday April 7, 2012,  9:00am-3:00pm – The Artisan Market in the Strip District

 

Saturday April 14, 2012, 12:00 noon-5:00pm - I Made It! Chili with the Works taking place at 510 S. 27th St., at the corner of 27th and Sidney Sts. This event features a chili tasting festival with more than 20 local restaurants competing for the best chili in the ‘burgh, plus live entertainment and our handmade marketplace. More than 80 regional artists will offer truly unique wares handcrafted here in our community. Enjoy hands-on craft activities, demonstrations, music and sweet treats. Tuesday December 6 - “Handmade for the Holidays”  – Craft show benefiting the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of the North Hills.
